Mimi’s Lounge is a wine bar and restaurant where clients can enjoy drinks, coffees and artisanal dishes in a comfortable and modern setting. The wine list includes Swiss wines as well as varieties from around the world, while the menu features local and seasonal dishes, such as meat and cheese plates, lasagne, tartares, pizzas, crêpes, and more. The lounge has both indoor and outdoor seating where guests can relax with a glass of wine and delicious food after a day of skiing or hiking

The name Mimi’s Lounge pays hommage to Marie and Charles’ mother, Marie-José “Mimi”, a local legend who was herself a Champex hotelier and restaurant owner.
